Description
A food supplement based on plant principles from traditional herbal medicine, useful for promoting relaxation and peaceful sleep. Tutta notte comes in fast/retard double-release tablets to induce sleep and maintain it throughout the night, reducing nighttime awakenings. The innovative two-layer fast/retard technology allows for gradual absorption of plant principles and better utilization by the body. Lavender, valerian, and California poppy, contained in the first rapid-release layer, promote falling asleep. Passionflower, contained in the second layer released within 4 hours, promotes relaxation and continuous, restful sleep.
Indicated to promote nighttime rest, in cases of light or intermittent sleep, nighttime awakenings, and early morning awakenings.

Ingredients
Bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; valerenic acids (valeriana officinalis L.) rhizome and roots dry extract titrated to 0.8% in valerenic acids, passionflower (passiflora incarnata L.) herb with flowers dry extract titrated to 4% in vitexin, California poppy (eschoholtzia californica Cham.) herb with flowers dry extract titrated to 0.35% in protopine, lavender (lavandula officinalis Chaix) essential oil; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, talc, polyethylene glycol; flavouring.

Directions for use
Take 1-2 tablets in the evening, with a little water before bedtime.
