Lemon balm and griffonia are able to support normal mood and, with hawthorn, are useful for relaxation and mental well-being.
Linden also helps to achieve relaxation useful for sleep and in cases of stress.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal energy metabolism, the physiological functioning of the nervous system, and normal psychological function.

Magnesium citrate, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; hawthorn flowers and leaves (Crataegus oxyacantha Medicus) e.s. tit. 1.5% flavonoids, lemon balm leaves (Melissa officinalis L.) e.s. tit. 4% rosmarinic acid, linden flowers (Tilia platyphyllos Scopoli) e.s. tit. 1% vitexin, griffonia seeds (Griffonia simplicifolia Baill.) e.s. tit. 25% 5-hydroxytryptophan, vitamin C, L-theanine, bulking agent: hydroxypropylcellulose; anti-caking agents: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; vitamin B3, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, vitamin B2, vitamin B1.
Gluten-free.
Naturally lactose-free.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 1 to 3 tablets per day, with 1 or 2 tablets half an hour before bedtime. Swallow the tablets with water.
