Description
Natural food supplement, based on α-lipoic acid and B vitamins (B1, B2, B6, B9, PP).
It guarantees the rapid release of 50% of the active ingredients immediately and the remaining 50% gradually over time.
This ensures total coverage throughout the day.

Ingredients
α-lipoic acid (thioctic acid), vitamin PP, folic acid (vitamin B9), vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: amorphous silica, magnesium stearate.

How to use
1 tablet per day according to medical advice. Take the tablet 30 minutes before a meal or 3 hours after (on an empty stomach).
