ThermaCare self-heating knee wrap is particularly suitable for treating knee pain and muscle stiffness. The product consists of 12 patented heat cells and has an ergonomic and flexible shape that perfectly adapts to the knee.
The ThermaCare self-heating wrap can be used from the onset of the first symptoms to promptly treat knee pain, which often occurs constantly, impacting quality of life. The wrap has been specially designed to provide effective and targeted relief from knee pain associated with:
- fatigue;
- sprains and strains;
- arthritis;
- muscle tension.

How to use
1. Open the pouch immediately before use. The heat cells begin to warm up as soon as they come into contact with oxygen and reach therapeutic temperature in about 30 minutes.
2. Separate the side ends by gently pulling along the perforated notch.
3. Place on the painful area, with the darker heat cells facing the skin, and secure, ensuring the circular opening is above the kneecap. The ThermaCare self-heating knee wrap is designed to perfectly fit the knee.
4. Adjust the tension of the individual ends so that the hook secures to the application point.
After about 30 minutes, the product reaches a therapeutic temperature of approximately 40 °C, which remains constant throughout the remaining treatment period; this increases blood circulation in the tissues, generating a pain-relieving effect and relaxing tense muscles.

Warnings
Never heat the self-heating wrap in an oven, microwave, or by any other means – risk of fire.
People under 55 years of age can wear the self-heating wrap at night: it is clinically proven that after using ThermaCare overnight, pain is significantly reduced upon waking, with a clear improvement in flexibility.
After 55 years of age, the risk of burns increases: this is why people over 55 years of age must wear ThermaCare over clothing or over a layer of fabric and must not wear the wrap while sleeping.
Consult a doctor before using the self-heating wrap if you have diabetes, circulation problems, heart conditions, rheumatoid arthritis, or if you are pregnant.
Discontinue use and consult a doctor if:
- discomfort, burning, swelling, redness, or any other persistent skin changes occur where the product was worn;
- pain increases or remains unchanged after 7 days.
Do not moisten or wash the ThermaCare self-heating wrap for knee pain.
