Lotion

Medical device for drying secretions from damaged skin, such as those caused by chickenpox, cold sores, inflammatory, exudative and itchy skin changes, and diaper rash.

Directions for use
After shaking the bottle, apply a thin layer of lotion to the affected areas of the skin as needed, several times a day.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Mild skin symptoms such as burning and itching may occasionally occur. For external use only.

Storage
Shelf life after first opening: 6 months.

Talc 19.5 g; zinc oxide 15.0 g; synthetic tannin 1 g; purified water; glycerol 85%; tris[alkyl-{C<16>-C<18>}poly(oxyethylene)-4]phosphate; lecithin; silicon dioxide; propan-2-ol; methyl(4-hydroxy-benzoate); carrageenan, sodium salt.
