Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate, L-arginine; acidity regulator: citric acid; beta-alanine, magnesium oxide, potassium citrate, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), orange juice; sweetener: acesulfame K; flavorings, iron phosphate, maltodextrins; sweetener: sucralose; zinc citrate; coloring: beta-carotene; thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take one sachet per day.
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water (200 ml).
