Description
Food supplement of high-dose Vitamin C, Vitamin D and zinc, particularly indicated in cases of reduced intake of these nutrients through normal diet or in cases of increased physiological need.
Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin C and zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy metabolism.

Ingredients
Ascorbic acid; acidity regulator: sodium hydrogen carbonate, anhydrous citric acid; bulking agent: isomalt; malic acid, zinc citrate, cholecalciferol; acidity regulator: anhydrous sodium carbonate; flavouring: orange; colour: beta-carotene; sweeteners: acesulfame K; sodium chloride; sweetener: sucralose; maltodextrins, palm oil, gum arabic.

Gluten-free.

How to use
One effervescent tablet daily to be dissolved in a glass of water (200 ml).

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. The amount of Vitamin C per tablet can cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals.
Supradyn Defences is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Do not take in cases of altered iron metabolism (hemochromatosis) or in cases of kidney disorders.
People with kidney problems should not consume more than 200 mg of Vitamin C per day, also due to the risk of kidney stones.
Not suitable for children and adolescents.

Storage
Store at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C. Keep the container tightly closed.
