Supradyn Ricarica: Supradyn is a dietary supplement of vitamins and minerals specifically formulated to ensure an adequate daily intake of micronutrients in cases of increased physiological need or reduced intake with a normal diet.
Properties of the components:
- B vitamins, copper, iron, iodine: contribute to normal energy metabolism by promoting the conversion of food into energy.
- vitamin A, D, C: contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
- vitamin E, C, selenium, zinc: contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Supradyn Ricarica Mentale: Dietary supplement that, thanks to the presence of caffeine and guarana, has a triple action: caffeine helps to increase attention and improve concentration while guarana acts as a tonic against mental fatigue. The formula is completed by B vitamins, vitamin C, magnesium, and zinc, useful in cases of increased physiological need or reduced intake with a normal diet. In particular, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, niacin, and magnesium contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to reducing tiredness and fatigue.
Supradyn Magnesio e Potassio: Dietary supplement of vitamins, with magnesium and potassium. Particularly indicated in cases of increased physiological need or reduced intake with a normal diet. Its formula helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and maintain, thanks to the presence of magnesium, electrolytic/hydro-saline balance.
It contains no sugar and has a very low salt (sodium) content.

Magnesium, along with vitamin C, vitamins B6 and B12, and folic acid, contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Potassium supports regular muscle function and the maintenance of normal blood pressure.

Directions for use
Supradyn Ricarica: It is recommended to take 1 effervescent tablet for adults and children aged 12 and over. The tablet should be dissolved in a glass of water (approx. 200 ml).
Supradyn Ricarica Mentale: One effervescent tablet for adults daily, dissolved in a glass of water (200 ml).
Supradyn Potassio e Magnesio: 1 sachet daily dissolved in a glass of water (200 ml).

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Contains a source of phenylalanine. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Not recommended for children, during pregnancy, and while breastfeeding. It is recommended not to exceed a maximum daily caffeine intake of 400 mg: the calculation of daily caffeine intake must take into account all sources of intake.

Storage
Keep the container tightly closed. Store at a temperature below 25°C.
