Ingredients
Magnesium, zinc, vitamin E, vitamin B6, vitamin B2, vitamin B1, vitamin D, Griffonia simplicifolia, Chasteberry, borage oil.

Directions for use
1 tablet daily, away from the main meal. Start taking the tablets from the last day of the menstrual cycle until the first day of the next cycle (21-22 days).
