Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, tryptophan, vitamins and magnolia.
Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Vitamins B3 and B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Ingredients
Fructose, demineralized water, L-tryptophan, vitamin B3 (niacin), magnolia (Magnolia officinalis Rehder & Wilson) bark e.s. tit. 50% magnolol; acidifier: malic acid; flavourings, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); preservatives: sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate; thickener: acacia gum; melatonin; sweeteners: steviol glycosides, sucralose.

Gluten-free.
Naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
1 ml per day, directly in the mouth (preferably under the tongue) or diluted in a spoon of water or other drink (5 ml).
13 drops correspond to the 1 ml mark on the internal dropper. Shake before use.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
