Description
Food supplement based on Melatonin MINIACTIVES Retard and plant extracts.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. Valerian and hops promote relaxation and sleep in cases of stress.

Ingredients
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root dry extract titrated to 0.8% valerenic acid; bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; melatonin (Melatonin MINIACTIVES Retard), magnolia (Magnolia officinalis Rehder & Wilson) bark dry extract titrated to 2% honokiol, hops (Humulus lupulus L.) strobile dry extract titrated to 0.1% flavonoids, stearic acid; coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; spirulina [Spirulina platensis (Gomont) Geitler] thallus dry extract.

Gluten-free.
Naturally lactose-free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet in the evening, before bedtime.
