Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, which helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, with Griffonia, which supports normal mood, and hydroalcoholic extracts of chamomile, valerian, and lemon balm, which promote relaxation.

Ingredients
Water, vegetable glycerol, alcohol, Melissa officinalis L. herba c. floribus e.i., Valeriana officinalis L. radix e.i., Matricaria chamomilla L. capitula e.i., Griffonia simplicifolia DC. Baill semen e.s. tit. 95% 5-HTP, acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; aroma, Mentha piperita L. aetheroleum, melatonin powder, sweetener: sucralose.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 4 sprays daily, one hour before bedtime. Shake before use.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied diet and should be used as part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
The product is generally well tolerated. Use should be avoided in cases where individual hypersensitivity to the components is evident.
