Description
Food supplement based on magnesium, Griffonia, Boswellia, and vitamins B2, B6 and D. Griffonia promotes normal mood, relaxation (sleep) and mental well-being.
Magnesium, vitamin B2, and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Boswellia contributes to joint function and to counteracting localized tension. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function.

Ingredients
Magnesium citrate, maltodextrin, Griffonia seed dry extract [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.] titrated to 20% 5-HTP, flavour, BOSCAR [Boswellia gum resin dry extract (Boswellia serrata Roxb. ex Colebr.) stearic acid, sunflower lecithin]; acidifier: citric acid; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose; vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take two tablets per day, dissolved in a glass of water (200 ml).
