Ingredients
Vegetable glycerol, L-theanine; valerian (valeriana officinalis root) dry extract titrated to 0.8% in valerenic acids; lemon balm (melissa officinalis l.) dry extract titrated to 4% in rosmarinic acid; griffonia (griffonia simplicifolia dried seeds) dry extract titrated to 95% in 5-hydroxytryptophan; mandarin essential oil.

How to use
It is recommended to take 10 drops as needed, even several times a day, or according to medical advice, as is or diluted in a little water. The product can also be used for long periods.
