Food supplement useful for promoting sleep thanks to California poppy. Melatonin facilitates the falling asleep phase. It also contains L-theanine.

Ingredients
Water; sweetener: sorbitol; stabilizer: glycerol (vegetable); L-theanine, California poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham.) aerial part d.e., hydroalcoholic extract (water, alcohol, flowers) of common poppy (Papaver rhoeas L.) flowers; acidifier: citric acid; aroma; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; melatonin.

Gluten-free.

Instructions for use
Shake before use. To reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, it is recommended to take 1 ml (corresponding to 1 mg of melatonin) by holding it under the tongue for about one minute before swallowing, just before bedtime.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied diet. The product, being natural, may have a slight sediment. Contains polyols: excessive consumption can have laxative effects.

Storage
Store in a cool and dry place.
Shelf life with intact packaging: 24 months.
After opening, store the product in the refrigerator.
