Description
White bread tramezzino made with millet and quinoa, gluten-free, deliberately crustless with a soft and compact texture, rich in fiber, palm oil-free, and preservative-free.
Baked with sourdough and produced to the highest safety and quality standards.

Ingredients
Corn starch, water, potato starch, sourdough (rice flour, water) 8%, soy protein; thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, guar flour; rice syrup, rice starch, high oleic sunflower oil, vegetable fibers (psyllium, citrus), yeast 2%, millet flour 1%, iodized salt (salt, potassium iodide), quinoa flour 0.7%, extra virgin olive oil, honey; acidifier: tartaric acid.

No added eggs and no added milk.

Gluten-free, wheat-free, and lactose-free.
