Saw palmetto dry extract 40% fatty acids	500 mg
Nettle dry extract	100 mg
Resveratrol	40 mg
Zinc	3 mg (30% RDA*)

Instructions for use
1-2 capsules daily. For optimal treatment, it is recommended to start with an initial cycle of 2-3 months taking 1-2 capsules daily, followed by a maintenance period of one capsule daily for at least 3 months.
