Natural supplement made with Griffonia (standardized in 5-hydroxytryptophan), Hawthorn, California Poppy, Passion Flower, Poppy, and Vitamin B6, useful for promoting a physiological relaxing action. Adjuvant in cases of: Hectic life and excessive stress; anxiety, hyperexcitability, nervousness, insomnia. Hyperexcitability, irritability, agitation. Neurovegetative dystonia, cardiac erethism, palpitations. Migraine and muscle tension headache. Nervous eating.

Ingredients
Griffonia simplicifolia dry extract (standardized to 93% 5-hydroxytryptophan) 80 mg; crataegus oxyacantha dry extract 100 mg; escholtzia californica dry extract 100 mg; passiflora incarnata dry extract 150 mg; papaver rhoeas dry extract 50 mg; vitamin B6 6 mg.

Directions for use
1-3 tablets distributed throughout the day, as needed. If necessary, alternatively, 1-2 tablets can be taken half an hour before bedtime.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet. The product must be kept out of reach of children under three years of age.
