Dietary supplement of 99% pure psyllium fiber, with sweetener.
The psyllium (plantago ovata) contained in Psyllogel Fiber is useful for:
- promoting regular bowel movements thanks to the formation of soft and smooth stools
- promoting the balance of intestinal bacterial flora
- helping to slow down the absorption of nutrients and promoting the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids.
Flavor: blood orange.

Ingredients
Psyllium fiber (plantago ovata forsk., tegumentum seminis) 99% pure; acidifier: citric acid; elderberry extract; emulsifier: lecithin; flavor, maltodextrin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose.

Gluten-free.

Does not contain sources of lactose.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 scoops of Psyllogel Fiber per day, at any time of day or as advised by your doctor.
Pour the contents of one sachet into a drinking glass (200 ml), fill with still, uncarbonated water, stir well for a few seconds, and drink immediately.

Warnings
Supplements should not be considered substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking medication.
Also suitable during pregnancy.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Store in a cool, dry place.
