Dietary supplement of 99% pure psyllium fiber, with sweetener.
The psyllium (Plantago ovata) contained in Psyllogel Fiber is useful for:
- promoting regular bowel movements by forming soft and easy-to-pass stools
- promoting the balance of intestinal bacterial flora
- helping to slow down nutrient absorption and promoting carbohydrate and lipid metabolism.
Flavor: blood orange.

Ingredients
Psyllium fiber (Plantago ovata Forsk., seed coat) 99% pure; acidifier: citric acid; elderberry extract; emulsifier: lecithin; flavor, maltodextrin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose.

Gluten-free.

Does not contain sources of lactose.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 scoops of Psyllogel Fiber per day, at any time of day or as advised by your doctor.
Pour the contents of one sachet into a drinking glass (200 ml), fill with still natural water, stir well for a few seconds, and drink immediately.

Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking medication.
Also suitable during pregnancy.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
