Dietary supplement of 99% pure psyllium fiber, with sweetener.
The psyllium (plantago ovata) contained in Psyllogel Fibra is useful for:
- promoting regular bowel transit thanks to the formation of soft and smooth stools
- promoting the balance of intestinal bacterial flora
- helping to slow down nutrient absorption and promoting carbohydrate and lipid metabolism.
Flavor: blood orange.

Ingredients
99% pure psyllium fiber (plantago ovata forsk., tegumentum seminis); acidifier: citric acid; elderberry extract; emulsifier: lecithin; aroma, maltodextrin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose.

Gluten-free.

Does not contain sources of lactose.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 sachets of Psyllogel Fibra per day, at any time of the day or as advised by your doctor.
Pour the contents of one sachet into a drinking glass (200 ml), fill with still non-carbonated water, stir well for a few seconds and drink immediately.

Warnings
Supplements should not be considered substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking medication.
Also suitable during pregnancy.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Store in a cool and dry place.
