Description
Dietary supplement of lactitol and 99% pure psyllium fiber, with sweetener.
The lactitol contained in Psyllogel Fast contributes to normal bowel function by increasing stool frequency. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 10 g of lactitol contained in one stick.
The psyllium (Plantago ovata) contained in Psyllogel Fast is useful for:
- promoting regular intestinal transit;
- promoting the balance of intestinal bacterial flora.
1 stick of Psyllogel Fast powder provides 10 g of lactitol and 3.6 g of 99% pure psyllium fiber.

Ingredients
Lactitol (contains lactose), Psyllium fiber (Plantago ovata Forssk. tegumentum seminis) seed dry extract 99% pure; acidifier: citric acid; flavor, black carrot (Daucus carota L.) root dry extract; sweetener: sucralose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 sticks of Psyllogel Fast per day in the evening before bedtime (or as directed by your doctor/pharmacist). Psyllogel Fast should be taken with adequate amounts of water: pour the contents of one stick into a glass (250 ml), fill with still natural water, stir well for a few seconds and drink immediately.

Warnings
Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product has laxative effects. Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking medication. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Also suitable during pregnancy.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light, humidity and heat sources. The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored in an intact package.
