Description
Dietary supplement that provides a selected blend of substances including creatine, arginine, and carnitine. Vitamin B6 supports protein and glycogen metabolism. Vitamin B1 contributes to supporting energy metabolism and aids in proper psychological and heart function. Vitamin C, magnesium, and iron contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while potassium contributes to normal muscle function. Vitamin E has an antioxidant function, helping to protect cells from free radicals.

Directions for use
1-2 sachets per day after main meals. Dissolve the content of 1 sachet in a glass of water (approximately 150 ml), stir, and drink immediately.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. In case of prolonged use (beyond 6-8 weeks), medical advice is necessary.
The product is intended for adults only and is contraindicated during pregnancy and in cases of renal pathology. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
