Contains magnesium from 4 different sources: pidolate, carbonate, citrate, and marine, to ensure a complete action.
Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal muscle function.
The formula is enriched with pomegranate extract, selenium, and manganese, useful for protecting cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients
Magnesium citrate; bulking agents: cellulose, tricalcium phosphate; fructooligosaccharides (13.6%); antioxidant: ascorbic acid; magnesium pidolate, magnesium carbonate, marine magnesium (oxide, hydroxide, sulfate, carbonate, and chloride), pomegranate (Punica granatum L.) fruit dry extract titrated to 15% in punicalagins; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; manganese gluconate; stabilizer: sucrose esters of fatty acids; sodium selenite, cholecalciferol.

Directions for use
