Description
Powdered magnesium supplement from 4 different sources: pidolate, carbonate, citrate, and marine (extracted from seawater through an evaporation process). Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function, and helps reduce fatigue and tiredness. The formula is completed with fructooligosaccharides (FOS), a short-chain prebiotic fiber.
It is indicated to contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal muscle function.
Suitable for vegans.

Ingredients
Acidifier: citric acid; magnesium carbonate; antioxidant: ascorbic acid; fructooligosaccharides (2%), citrus flavor, magnesium citrate, marine magnesium (oxide, hydroxide, sulfate, carbonate, and chloride), magnesium pidolate; sweetener: steviol glycosides; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; stabilizer: sucrose esters of fatty acids; cholecalciferol.

Gluten-free and lactose-free.

Directions for use
Pour the contents of one teaspoon into a glass of water, preferably lukewarm. Stir well and drink. One to two teaspoons throughout the day are recommended, away from meals.
