Directions for use:
50÷150 g/hl for the preparation of sweet filtrates;
10÷40 g/hl for normal fermentation
of white and red grapes;
the maximum dose is recommended only
in the case of damaged or moldy grapes;
10÷20 g/hl for the preservation of filtered sweet wines;
60÷120 g/hl for the preparation of very colorful wines;
2÷5 g/hl for the treatment of wine diseases
before racking and filtration.

Features:
selective inhibitor of undesirable ferments.
