Description
Food supplement. Inositol and D-chiro-inositol provide metabolic support, counteract menstrual cycle disorders, and assist the physiological function of the nervous system.
Chaste tree (agnocasto) counteracts menstrual cycle disorders.
Hops promote relaxation and digestive function.
Vervain (verbena) counteracts menstrual and menopausal disorders; promotes relaxation and mental well-being; and supports liver and digestive function.
Folic acid contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy, to normal amino acid synthesis, and to normal hematopoiesis. It also contributes to normal psychological function and immune system function, and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients
Inositol; bulking agent: isomalt; flavor (blood orange and lemon, corn maltodextrin), corn maltodextrin, D-chiro-inositol; acidifier: tartaric acid; chaste tree dry extract titrated to 0.5% in vitexin (Vitex agnus-castus L., fruit, corn maltodextrin), hops dry extract titrated to 0.4% in rutoside (Humulus lupulus L., strobile, corn maltodextrin), salacia dry extract E/D 10:1 (Salacia reticulata Wight, roots, corn maltodextrin), vervain dry extract E/D 1:4 (Verbena officinalis L., herb; corn maltodextrin); sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia; folic acid (calcium L-methylfolate).

How to use
1 sachet per day to be dissolved in a glass of water, preferably taken between meals.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not consume after the expiry date.
The product contains isomalt; therefore, excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.

Storage
Store in a cool (<25 °C) and dry place, away from light and heat sources.
The expiry date refers to the product in intact packaging and properly stored.
