Magnesium citrate; sweeteners: sorbitol, sucralose, acesulfame K; magnesium pidolate, magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium oxide; acidity regulator: citric acid; flavourings; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
Gluten-free.

Directions for use
One stick pack per day to dissolve directly in the mouth, without chewing.
