Instructions for use
For adults. Dissolve one sachet in 500 ml of water, using a bottle or water bottle. This will create a ready-to-use hypotonic energy-saline drink to be consumed during physical activity (energy from carbohydrates) and after physical activity (to replenish lost mineral salts).
The quantity to be consumed depends on the duration and intensity of physical exertion. Do not exceed 3 sachets per day.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use if the sachet is faulty.

Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
