Psyllium promotes regular bowel transit by forming soft and easily passable stools. Psyllium also helps maintain a healthy balance of intestinal bacterial flora and supports carbohydrate and lipid metabolism.*
L-Tryptophan is an essential amino acid that regulates mood. L-Tryptophan plays a fundamental role in gastrointestinal transit time and motility in the colon and small intestine through its action as a mediator of excitatory synaptic responses of the enteric nervous system.**
Niacin contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.***
Tindalized Lactobacillus acidophilus promotes the balance of intestinal bacterial flora.

Ingredients
Psyllium (Plantago ovata Forsk., seed husk) powder, maltodextrin, L-tryptophan, flavor; acidifier: citric acid; tindalized Lactobacillus acidophilus HA-122 (contains soy and milk), nicotinamide (niacin); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K; colorant: E160a(i).

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 1-2 sachets per day, preferably between meals. Pour the content of the sachet into a glass of water (150 ml) at room temperature, mix carefully and consume immediately after preparation.
