Description
Food supplement based on L-tryptophan, magnesium bisglycinate, vitamin D3, vitamin B2, and niacin. Vitamin D and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function. Magnesium, together with niacin and vitamin B2, also contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients
Magnesium bisglycinate; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; L-tryptophan; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, talc, polyethylene glycol; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; niacin (nicotinamide), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin B2 (riboflavin); coloring agent: calcium carbonate.

Gluten-free.

Directions for use
Take 2 tablets daily, preferably on an empty stomach.
