Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, griffonia, hops, valerian, and piperine. Melatonin helps alleviate the effects of jet lag* and reduces the time needed to fall asleep**. Griffonia is useful for maintaining a normal mood and promoting mental well-being, while, together with hops and valerian, it promotes relaxation and sleep.
* The beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at the destination.
** The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Ingredients
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root) dry extract titrated to 0.8% in total sesquiterpene acids; stabilizers: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; hops (Humulus lupulus L., strobile) dry extract titrated to 0.4% total flavonoids, griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC) Baill., seeds] dry extract titrated to 20% in 5-hydroxytryptophan; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; coating agents: polyvinyl alcohol, calcium carbonate, polyethylene glycol, talc, black iron oxides; piperine from black pepper (Piper nigrum L., fruit), melatonin.

Gluten and lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily, in the evening shortly before bedtime.
