Directions for use
It is recommended to take at least 4 drops of the product (equal to 1 mg of melatonin and 2 mg of valerian d.e.) in the evening, shortly before going to bed, diluted in a little water. The number of drops and the frequency of taking Pineal Notte Drops should be adjusted according to individual needs and requirements. Shake the bottle well before each use.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Any slight variations in colour and taste and any formation of precipitates that can be suspended by shaking are due to the normal variability of ingredients of plant origin and do not indicate an alteration in the quality of the product.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources. The minimum shelf life refers to the product in an unopened package correctly stored.
