The drop formulation allows for easier administration: the drops can be placed directly in the sublingual area. This administration allows for greater effectiveness and speed of action of the product.

Melatonin	1 mg

Directions for use
It is recommended to take at least 2 drops (equal to 1 mg of melatonin), directly in the sublingual area, in the evening, shortly before going to bed. The duration and frequency of intake, to facilitate falling asleep, should be determined according to individual needs and requirements.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
