Directions for use
The blocks can be dissolved in hot or cold drinks (tea, herbal teas, milk, fruit juices, squeezed juices, etc.) or consumed as they are, accompanied by plenty of water, or other liquids.
They can also be used as an ingredient in preparing desserts, replacing or supplementing sugar.
