Ingredients
Magnesium; tryptophan; natural extracts of chamomile, linden, hawthorn, passionflower and valerian.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 x 5 ml measuring spoon twice a day or 1 x 10 ml measuring spoon in the evening.

For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is recommended to consult a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied diet.
