Directions for use
It is recommended to take one PEAMag 1200 OsReady Stick per day for 14 days. Subsequently, one PEAMag 600 OsReady Stick per day for 28 days. The dosage can be varied according to medical advice. The PEAMag OsReady Stick is orally dispersible, so it should be dissolved directly in the mouth, allowing it to mix with saliva before swallowing. Afterwards, if desired, you can drink a glass of still water.
