Directions for use
It is recommended to take one PEAMag 1200 OsReady Stick per day for 14 days. Subsequently, one PEAMag 600 OsReady Stick per day for 28 days. The dosage may be varied according to medical advice. The PEAMag OsReady Stick is orodispersible, so it should be dissolved directly in the mouth, allowing it to mix with saliva before swallowing. Afterwards, if desired, you can drink a glass of still water.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product contains polyols: excessive consumption may have laxative effects.

Storage
