Properties
Coenzyme Q10: also called ubiquinone (or vitamin Q), it is a physiologically important molecule involved in the cellular respiration process.
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2): contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, normal energy metabolism, and normal functioning of the nervous system.
Magnesium: contributes to normal energy metabolism and the physiological functioning of the nervous system; it is also useful in reducing tiredness and fatigue.
Feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium): helps counteract localized tension states, menstrual cycle disorders, and promote joint function.
Ginger (Zingiber officinalis Roscoe): is an herbaceous plant of the Zingiberaceae family cultivated in many tropical and subtropical regions. Ginger, in addition to a physiological anti-nausea effect, helps in counteracting localized tension states, menstrual cycle disorders, and promoting joint function.

Magnesium citrate, flavor; acidifier: citric acid; thickener: guar gum; feverfew [(Tanacetum parthenium Sch. Bip., herba) dry extract titrated to 0.8% in parthenolide, maltodextrins], coenzyme Q10, maltodextrins; sweetener: sucralose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; coated ginger [(Zingiber officinalis Rosc., rhizoma) dry extract titrated to 14% in gingerols; anti-caking agent: talc; glazing agents: shellac, hydroxypropylcellulose], riboflavin.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1-2 sachets a day, to be dissolved in a glass of water or other non-hot beverage. Concentrated product to be consumed after reconstitution in 200 ml of water or other non-hot beverage (equivalent to a full glass).

Storage
