Directions for use
Flat Belly Drain: 1 stick pack per day. Disperse the content of the stick pack in 500 ml of water, to be taken throughout the day.

Mad Mud Drain: Spread an abundant layer of mud on the area to be treated. Wrap with cling film. Leave on for 45 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water. Repeat 2-3 times a week. Shake before use.
