Particularly suitable for inflammatory and hyperinflammatory conditions in critically ill patients who need to be artificially ventilated and/or are affected by sepsis, SIRS (Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome), or ALI (Acute Lung Injury)/ARDS (Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome).

Features
A balanced, hypercaloric (1.5 kcal/ml), low-carbohydrate enteral nutrition product with a high percentage of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), and antioxidants.
EPA and GLA fatty acids have anti-inflammatory properties and positively influence the inflammatory response.
Antioxidants neutralize free radicals and protect against oxidative processes.
Low carbohydrate content, which minimizes CO2 production.
