Description
Food supplement of polyunsaturated fatty acids from the Omega-3 series, EPA and DHA, with Omega-6 from evening primrose oil and vitamin E.
EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA (1 capsule).
DHA also contributes to normal brain function and the maintenance of normal vision. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA (2 capsules).
The product also contains evening primrose seed oil, useful for joint function and for skin trophism and function. With vitamin E, which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients
Fish oil rich in EPA and DHA, gelatin, evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis L.) from seeds; firming agent: glycerol; DL-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E).

How to use
1-2 capsules daily, depending on the desired effect, to be swallowed with water, preferably during meals.
