Description
Food supplement with horsetail and millet, which contribute to the well-being of hair and nails, and niacin, biotin and zinc, which contribute to the maintenance of normal skin.
Vitamin E and riboflavin promote cell protection from oxidative stress.
Copper contributes to normal hair pigmentation.

Ingredients
L-methionine, food grade gelatin, millet (Panicum miliaceum L.) fruit d.e. D/E 4:1, horsetail (Equisetum arvense L.) aerial part d.e. tit. 2% silica; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E) 50%, nicotinamide (niacin); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; copper gluconate, zinc oxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), ammonium molybdate, D-biotin (biotin).

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day, to be swallowed with plenty of water.
