Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
Lemon balm promotes relaxation.
Magnesium helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
No artificial flavors or colorings.

Ingredients
Fructose, magnesium citrate, magnesium pidolate, magnesium oxide, dry extract of lemon balm leaves (Melissa officinalis L., maltodextrin); acidifier: citric acid; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; dry extract of chamomile flowers (Matricaria chamomilla L., maltodextrin, silicon dioxide), flavorings, melatonin.

How to use
1 sachet a day, to be dissolved in a cup of water (100 ml), hot or cold as desired, and stirred.
