Description
Food supplement based on Psyllium, which can be useful for promoting regular intestinal transit.

Ingredients
Psyllium (Plantago ovata Forssk.) husk powder (possible cross-contamination from mustard and sesame); acidifier: citric acid; emulsifier: soy lecithin; flavouring: orange; elderberry (Sambucus nigra L.) fruit dry extract (Elderberry, maltodextrin); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take one sachet per day.
Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass of water (approx. 200 ml), mix well and drink immediately after preparation.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Any swelling of the preparation is due to the natural characteristics of Psyllium fiber, proof of the excellent quality of the product.
