Maltodextrin, betaine hydrochloride; acidity regulator: citric acid; natural flavor; colorants: beta-carotene, beetroot red; sweetener: sucralose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; zinc oxide, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin 5’-phosphate, sodium), Quatrefolic folate [(6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt], vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).

Directions for use
Take 1 sachet daily, dissolved in water (approx. 200 ml), preferably on an empty stomach.
