Lactase improves lactose digestion in individuals who have difficulty digesting it, when taken with every meal containing lactose. Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) promote the balance of intestinal flora. Fennel promotes digestive function, regular gastrointestinal motility, and the elimination of gases.

Ingredients
Fructo-oligosaccharides; capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; lactase FCC 100,000 ALU/g (from Aspergillus oryzae); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; fennel essential oil (Foeniculum vulgare Mill. - aetheroleum).

How to use
It is recommended to take 1-2 capsules, one hour before each meal containing lactose. The capsule should be swallowed whole with a small amount of liquid and should not be chewed under any circumstances. One capsule is useful for digesting the lactose contained in 350 ml of milk.
