Ingredients
Water, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root and rhizome) dry extract titrated to 0.8% in valerenic acids; preservative: potassium sorbate; flavor; acidifier: citric acid; sweetener: sucralose.

Directions for use
2 ml in the morning and 2 ml in the evening, in half a glass of water (100 ml).

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
For the use of the product during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and in children, it is advisable to consult a doctor. Do not take in case of ascertained hypersensitivity to one or more components of the product. The eventual presence of small undissolved particles, which can be suspended by shaking, is due to the high concentration of plant extracts and does not affect the quality of the product.

Storage
Store in a cool and dry place, away from light, humidity, and direct heat sources.
The minimum shelf life refers to the product in intact packaging, correctly stored.
Shelf life for intact packaging: 24 months.
