Description
Food supplement based on Melatonin, L-Tryptophan, Vitamin B6, Valerian, Passionflower, California Poppy and Lemon Balm, indicated in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need for these elements. Thanks to Melatonin, it helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. This beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of Melatonin shortly before going to bed. Thanks to Melatonin, it helps alleviate the effects of jet lag. This beneficial effect is achieved by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination. Thanks to California Poppy, Passionflower and Valerian, it contributes to relaxation (sleep in case of stress). Thanks to Lemon Balm, it contributes to relaxation and mental well-being.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule in the evening half an hour before going to bed, to be swallowed with water.
