Aminogam is a medical device compliant with Directive 93/42/EEC; it is intended to aid the cellular reintegration process to promote rapid healing of ulcerative-erosive, including blistering, lesions and wounds. Thanks to its action, it promotes the regeneration of oral tissues.
Aminogam is a non-animal origin gel characterized by high biocompatibility, usable as an adjuvant in tissue regeneration processes through a protective mechanical action, in:
oral surgery (protection of surgical wounds and sutures);
extraction surgery (regeneration of the alveolus and prevention of post-extraction alveolitis);
regenerative, periodontal and implant surgery;
pre-prosthetic and orthodontic surgery;
major and minor laser surgery;
orthodontic and prosthetic trauma;
protection of vital abutments in patients with fixed prostheses and with dentinal hypersensitivity;
ulcerative blistering lesions of the oral mucosa (autoimmune, vasculitic, infectious).
Aminogam facilitates faster tissue regeneration and maintains ideal moisture conditions to promote re-epithelialization of the injured area.

Instructions for use
Wash your hands thoroughly before each application, apply a layer of gel to the damaged mucosa, massaging with a finger to facilitate the distribution of the product on the affected surface. Repeat the treatment after each main meal and in any case after proper oral hygiene. The treatment can be repeated for 3-4 weeks until the symptoms disappear. It is advisable to avoid eating and drinking or rinsing your mouth for at least one hour after application.

Components
Purified water, sodium hyaluronate, glycine, L-proline, L-leucine, L-lysine, HCl, methylparahydroxybenzoate, propylparahydroxybenzoate, sorbitol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, sodium hydroxide, propylene glycol, tetrasodium EDTA.

Warnings
Confirmed hypersensitivity to the components. No overdose phenomena are known. No side effects are known. No interactions with drugs and medicinal substances are known. Aminogam is a product characterized by high tolerability, however, local reactions may rarely occur, due to hypersensitization phenomena, which resolve spontaneously. Use prolonged beyond 30 days must be carried out under medical supervision.
The product is tolerated even in conjunction with anti-inflammatory drug treatments.
Although no secondary effects are known in case of pregnancy and breastfeeding, it is advisable to apply only according to medical judgment.
Do not use if the package appears open or damaged. Do not use after the expiration date. For proper storage, the tube must be tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children. Do not sterilize. External use.
